Our experience in the paper industry allows us to create two different types of scrap systems:
This type of system makes possible to collect the scrap at the exit of the log saw and drive them to the compactator where, before letting them fall down, they are treated and cut by our machine TRO400 to ensure a good efficiency. We realize conveyor belts to reduce power consumption, so we opted for this solution that can handle scrap from Ø120 up to Ø400 and guarantee energy saving.
The system takes away scraps with suction and is composed of a ST650 shredder fan, separator and filter. This type of system can manage long hands up to Ø200, passing through the ST650 fan, where are grinded and pushed to the separator where at first are divided from the air and then fall down into the compactator. In case of need to manage scraps over Ø200, we have realized TRO400 machine, which allows us to handle and transport scraps up to Ø400. In addition, this system makes possible to divide scraps by paper tipe: igienic, kitchen paper and colored. Everything is managed by a software that controls pneumatic sorters who drive the materials to the correct compactator.
